By downloading or using the Region Ride customer or captain app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Region Ride is a technology platform that connects riders with independent captains operating autos, cabs, and other vehicles. We do not provide transportation services ourselves, and captains are independent partners, not employees of Region Ride.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

Fares are shown before you book and may vary with distance, time, and demand. By completing a trip you agree to pay the applicable fare. Promotional offers are subject to their own terms and may change or end.

Do not misuse the service — including harassment of captains or riders, providing false information, or attempting to disrupt the platform. You must comply with all applicable laws while using Region Ride.

To the extent permitted by law, Region Ride is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
